Base Salary:



North America, Latin America and Europe

Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of cable and wires and due to expansion, they are looking for a sales rep who will be selling into OEMs in North America, Latin America and Europe. You will be travelling 50% of your time to build relationships and develop business

Territory: North America, Latin America and Europe

Work Place: Work at home but first 6 months require presence at the office for training and integration

Products/Services: Wire and cable

Salary: Base between $80,000 and $85,000 depending on experience

Commissions/Bonus: 15% of base paid as a bonus and paid semiannually

Car allowance: km reimbursement

Develop sales opportunities with end users ie OEM's

Analyze your market potential and develop a plan to maximize your opportunities

Ensure that our products are spec'd in with OEM's

Negotiate contracts and agreements  

Meet face to face with customers and distributors (when needed) most of your time

Represent the company at tradeshows and events

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Training:Extensive on the job training provided

Overnight Travel: Up to 50% overnight travel required

Years’ of experience:5 years' experience in a similar role required
