Our client is a reseller of IT equipment and is looking for someone to manage a team of 12 inside sales people. You have a perfect mix of high energy, backed by results, strong respected people management skills and skilled leadership. You are good at holding people accountable and good at motivating. People want to follow you. Industry experience is needed.

Functions:

Compilation and analysis of previous day’s sales results and call center metrics. -Train, supervise and coach new and existing representatives
Quality control through service observe. -Bi-weekly 1 on 1 reviews with the reps
Conduct annual review and performance evaluations of Inside Sales Representatives – communicate performance expectations. -Coach to complement specific career plans/personal development paths for respective direct reports.
Employ team building skills and motivate team to achieve success. -Review exception pricing from previous day with a view to correct inappropriate pricing behavior

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of (7) seven years managing people
  Proven ability to lead manage and motivate a sales team -Excellent oral and written communication skills -You are able to work in a fast-paced environment
