Our client is a 3rd party call center selling b2b appointments is looking for a supervisor to manage a team of 8 lead generators. You will have previous sales experience and coaching and supervising. Clients are located across Canada and the US and you are expected to help your team succeed. This team is close knit, successful and growing.

Functions:

-Exceeds all call handling metrics for productivity, accuracy and quality and leads by a positive example by consistent attendance, punctuality and guidelines and floor standards -Demonstrate independence and initiative to find creative solutions to complex issues, respectfully current practices to better answer customer's expectations'
-Responsible for conducting training assessment for all new hires -Conduct real time observation for representatives, scoring the calls and provide customized, detailed, coaching and feedback to build skills, quality and efficiency
-Has passion for coaching and training utilizes a communication style which fosters learning -Thrives in a fast paced, teamwork oriented environment
-Is an energetic role model and leader who projects a positive attitude about client -Organized and detailed oriented; able to manage time effectively

Job Requirements:

Academic College diploma or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 years experience as a call center supervisor/manager
  Positive attitude -Leadership -Autonomous -Faith in themselves on a personal level
