Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of lubrication and is about to initiate a new phase of growth with an aggressive expansion project. In order to assist us in achieving our goals, we are looking for a representative internally. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customers in the territory that will be assigned in addition to contacting new customers. You will be supported in your efforts by a proven marketing program. Our client provides training in consultative sales, regular feedback and professional coaching. The compensation plan includes a base salary, commission on the objectives and performance bonus group.

Functions:

Cold call potential customers
Input and update the CRM System on a daily basis.
Prospect into existing customer base in an effort to upsell and cross sell.
Maintain constant communication with the outside sales reps
Maintain and book the appointements for the outside sales representative.
Keep up to date and accurate records
Follow up on customer orders

Job Requirements:

Academic College Degree or equivalent years of experience.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3-5 years of inside sales and / or customer service
Being comfortable in a computerized environment experience in industry is an advantage but is not a mandatory pre-requisite.
  Experience with CRM would be an asset
Techical knowledge would be of help
Good understanding of customer needs
Ability to create interest on the part of the customer
Good communication
Able to close appointments ( cold calling)
Interest in prospecting
Wish to be part of a winning team - Power and desire to be a significant contributor to the success and growth of the company
Ability to work with minimal supervision
