Our client is a national distributor of industrial products. They are looking for a strong leader to manage a team(10) of key account managers across Quebec. Your role will be to coach and lead this team of professionals to sell more value.


Manage a team of sales professionals and oversee their training, performance management, and standards of job performance.
Define skills and manage Key Account Managers’ personal growth within the company
Deliver a consistent direction that is aligned with corporate goals and direction to his/her direct reports.
Provide leadership to the sales team in the achievement of individual and team goals.
Encourage sales team through empowerment, reward and recognition, delegation, and the creation of a positive work environment.
Assist in the development of annual sales forecasts and to achieve agreed upon sales growth goals within the defined geographical area.
Foster innovation in sales approaches and practices.
Schedule and conduct product trainings and joint calls between suppliers and Key Account Managers

Job Requirements:

Academic University or College business degree an asset. *CPSA designation an asset
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 years experience managing a sales team, preferably from the MRO Industrial Distribution background.
  Demonstrated track record of coaching and developing next-generation sales leaders.
Advanced ability to attain goals and objectives through delegating and managing teams.
Proven success in sales and business development
