Company Profile:

Our client is a publicly traded company offering financial solutions through their well established distribution network, including all chartered banks, credit unions, mortgage brokers and investment and financial planning firms. They are gearing up for an expansion in Quebec.

Functions:

Responsible for delivering sales targets for the Quebec province.
Set annual quota levels and oversee all sales compensation and incentive plans.
Build and maintain a strong, effective and efficient sales team through recruiting, training, mentoring and motivating.
Work closely with the Director of Channel Development to identify opportunities to deepen our formal relationships with our corporate partners. Additionally, seek to establish new corporate relationships with new targeted regional firms.
Develop and maintain a network of key contacts with each partner including regional management, branch management and any other related investment sales, etc.
Develop a Quebec Marketing plan consistent with the strategic direction and oversee implementation.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree or College education and a minimum of 10+ years of highly effective Sales Management skills and experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Substantial experience at a senior management level with some exposure in the financial services industry
  Superior relationship building skills
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills relating to and working with people at different levels of seniority
Strong process orientation
