Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of security products used by locksmiths, end users and OEM businesses. They are in search of a regional sales representative who will take care of the distributor base of customers, aid in a "pull through"strategy by making end user calls and working with OEM's to get our product specified.

Functions:

Achieve product market share growth
Visit on a proactive basis your distributors to introduce new products and train them
Call on OEM accounts to get our product specified
Pursue institutional customers such as hospitals and schools
Pursue contractors to get product specified for projects
Maintain a close link via research and customer contacts with market place issues in order to identify territory threats and opportunities
Exceed minimum budgeted product revenue and margin
Control expenditure within agreed budgetary limits
Establish and execute a distribution strategy
Prepare reports as needed

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree or equivalent work experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 7-10 years sales experience with some as a distributor rep in and around our industry
  Enthusiastic, ambitious, competitive and self-confident
Natural and proactive networking abilities
Self motivated with good communication skills
Smart in appearance and polite
