Company Profile:

Our client is a nationally renowed courrier company and is looking to fill a downtown territory.

Functions:

Targets new business opportunities by phone, email or face to face and schedules appointments with the ultimate objective of closing new business.
Follows prescribed call cycle to ensure customer satisfaction, execution of account development strategies , prospecting/closing new business, goal attainment, and minimize customer churn.
Company expectations: - 1 close per week. - 25 calls/week ( face to face). - 30 opportunities in the 30 days funnel. - 1 on 1 with Sales Manager every 2 weeks.
Develops, prepares, and executes formal presentations that are tailored to meet our potential/existing customers’ need.
Prepares and presents proposals while utilizing company's pricing guidelines to maximize revenue and yield while selling company portfolio of products.
Maintains and updates the sales force automation tool on all company sales related activities up to and including 'customer profiles, sales pipeline, sales calls, reporting closes, etc.
Executes company business plan in coordination with 'overlay' sales team including Inside Sales and Global Accounts. Communicates with all operating companies to ensure 'all' customer needs are achieved in order to close incremental revenue for the corporation.
Develops and maintains all aspects of the customer relationship up to and including: customer service problems, customer complaints, and coordinates final resolution. Immediately escalates any/all relevant customer 'at risk' issues while orchestrating resolution.
Provides assistance and guidance to junior staff.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 2 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience (industry specific preferred).
Amount of time required to learn or adjust to the job: 6 months.
Demonstrated a track record of achieving results.
  Demonstrated self motivation with proven ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask.
Commitment to task.
Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills.
