Our client provides courrier services to businesses and consumers worldwide.

Functions:

Identify, keep, & develop major account customers through building relationships.
Deploy sales strategy to achieve budget, revenue, & strategic goals.
Gathers all information related to Major Account prospects.
Evaluates each portfolio to determine which accounts should be focused on and at what level (Local, National and multi-country).
Support product development.
Deploy & monitor processes, policies, & procedures.
Puts together a top level business plan for their Major Accounts.
Communicates and gains support from Country and Local management for the achievement of Major Account objectives.
Forms professional and appropriate relationships at senior level in Key customer organisations through face to face contact.
Forms professional and appropriate relationships with the Global Account Management sales channel and other involved multi-country Major Account Representatives.
Ensures correct levels of our Management are in contact with the most relevant management level within the all identified customer organisations.
Ensures customers are kept up to date with relevant information and reports.
Establish potential product opportunities through identifying new developments with the Major Account customers and competitors within the local market.
Actively informs the divisional product development team on a regular basis.
Supports the introduction of new products through cascading the information and monitoring the deployment throughout the functional teams.
Promotes the corporate values through active participation in the corporate initiatives.
Complies with all company related policies, procedures and legal requirements (HR, H&S, Security, etc).
Ensures continuous improvement in customer experiences through supporting the deployment of best practice processes.
Works with cross-functional colleagues to ensure the Major Accounts and related functional processes are consistently applied and refined to improve the customer experience.

Job Requirements:

Academic *A university degree is preferred.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 5 years sales/account management.
Experience in international express or logistics industry background.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets (personal & team).
  Communication capability at a senior, both internally and externally.
Recognized general and people management skills.
