Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of fluid sealing products. These products include gaskets, seals, flow meters, valves and fittings, to name a few. We are looking for a sales person who will maintain their existing customer base as well as sell to new customers. You will be selling into a variety of industries (pulp and paper, food, beverage and pharma) and will be selling via distributors.

Functions:

Maintaining a long-term profitable business relationship with existing accounts. -Develop new accounts and secure business in the territory
Make regular calls and be known by customer decision makers. -Direct sales activity at account and set sales goals by product line.
Communicate customer concerns and needs to various managers and develop procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. -Facilitate product-training seminars.
Ensure company objectives are met with respect to profit margin, policy and product line sales. -Establish strategy to grow the business.

Job Requirements:

Academic Post Secondary education in a technical field preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2-3 years Industrial Sales Experience
  Must be comfortable using a CRM - Value-added selling needed - Must be well organized and provide consistent cycle calling activities - You are strong in call planning
