Job Functions:  

Develop and maintain great relationships with candidates and clients

Proactively search for passive candidates

Interview both on the phone and in person

Develop and implement different methods to attract candidates using social media, networking et al.

Manage all communications, planning, negotiation and business relationships with candidates and clients

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

Give great customer service to both candidates and clients ie return all calls and emails, give interview feedback etc.


Job Requirements:

Languages:  French and English (written and spoken)

Education:  Bachelor DEC or work experience in recruitment or sales

Training:  Will be provided on site but you must have some experience in sales or recruitment

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years’ of experience:   1-3 years

Other requirements:  Creative, excellent knowledge of social media, organized, loving teamwork, participatory and collaborative, curious, educated, versatile, etc.

Transferable contacts: N/A

Transferable Knowledge:  Ability to use social networks, CRM, do interviews, post jobs, network, etc.
