This newly created position is to hire, train and manage an inside sales team who will be calling on businesses to buy their service. As Inside sales manager you will work hand in hand with the company Preisdent to establish standards, compensation plans and quotas then manage sales results.

Functions:

Mange the recruitment of inside sales reps
Train and motivate your internal sales team to attain and overachieve objectives
Articulate sales strategies, company strategies to your team so that sales and profit goals are met
Establish sales and activity standards and monitor on a regular basis
Create team synergy and ensure cooperation with production team
Prepare forecasting, productivity and sales reports per territory
Motivate sales team
Implement sales strategies
Organize sales team via equal territories

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree or University educated
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 2 years experience in managing an inside sales team
  Experience in b2b strategic selling
Experience in both inside sales
Creative approach
high level of energy
