North East USA and Ontario

Job Description:

Our client is a manufacturer of high  end construction materials. You will be in charge of building a client base on the North East USA and in Ontario  territory. You will sell to architects, designers, contractors and maintain this base of clients.

Work place: North shore of Montreal

Products and Services: High end construction materials

Salary: $ 50,000 to $ 55,000

Total compensation: annual bonus $ 5 000 to $ 10 000

Travel expenses: All travel expenses reimbursed by the company and a gas card will be provided

Road VS Office : 25% (to the United States) VS 75%

Training: Full training will be provided by the employer (3 to 4 months)

Functions:

Identify business opportunities with architects, designers and contractors

Assist the General Director with business development

Develop strong relationships and influence customers and prospects

Utilize solution-based selling skills

Do ''lunch and learn'' and video conference with customers

Maintain a complete and concrete documentation  of prospects to revive them on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

Education: A BAC is an asset

Number of years of experience: A minimum of  5 years managing a territory and in business development

Other requirements:

Perfect written and spoken English
