This company has made their  place in the industry for over sixty years and is currently seeking a business development representative to join their team. You are likely a ''hunter'' and  capable of  developing  short and long term sales strategies? This role might for you.

Territory: Open territory (Mostly Montreal and surroundings)

Work Place: Montreal

Salary: $45 000

Commissions/Bonus: $25 000 paid monthly

Car allowance: 450$ / month

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Prospection and development of new customers and markets

Loyalty of  new clientele

Analysis and identification of customer needs

Develop out of the box sales strategies

Stay aware  of the competitive market

Achieve sales quotas using techniques such as cold calls, door-to-door, presentations, etc.

Prepare  and submit orders by referring to product literature and price lists

Language: Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English)

Education:  Post secondary

Training: Training will be provided by the employer

Years of Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales, prospecting and market development

Other requirements:

Has strong skills in prospecting, negotiation and acquisition of new accounts

Self-confidence and positive attitude

Highly motivated

Reliable, enthusiasm and ability to perform with multiple assignments at the same time

Has an ease in qualifying leads

Does not give up easily

Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality
