Company Profile:

Our client, a major player in the printed advertising industry, is looking for a national representative, for one of their advertising services division, to large-scale national companies in order to reach Quebec customers.

Functions:

Find and develop new prospect accounts
The 2/3 of the revenues will come from the existing accounts, but at least 66% of the sales efforts must be put on developing new accounts
Target potential customers for our client : Large companies of the retail and/or consumer goods market and advertising agencies
Contacts within prospects will be at different levels : Marketing Vice Presidents, Product Manager, Media Planner
Demonstrating the added value of our client services.
Managing the sales cycle (from 1 to 6 months depending of the client).
Our client offers a really good customer support as soon as the deal is closed.
The representative will report directly to the Sales Vice-President.
Sales quota will be from 2 to 3 millions according to candidate experience.

Job Requirements:

Academic Ideally a College or University degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any relevant field is required.
Languages Perfect English (written & spoken) - 95% of customers Functionnal French (written and spoken) - 5% of customers
Experience A 3-year minimum experience in selling B2B Services is required. Experience in media or advertising sales is a major asset. Experience in selling to major accounts, large retail companies and consumer goods market is a major asset.

Benefits:

Full benefits package Bonus (15% of base salary) and high commissions multiplier following exceeding personal target objectives.
