Our client is a national distributor of professional services, hardware and software products destined for business and enterprise accounts. You will be in charge of a team of inside sales and outside enterprise account reps who have responsibility for both account management and new business development. We are looking for someone with industry experience, someone with strong leaderships skills and comes from a culture of success.Functions:
Develop and direct activities to execute sales strategies and successfully achieve revenue and gross profit goals.
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

Lead and manage the sales staff including directing sales efforts, performance managing staff to a specific sales quota, coaching, team building, goal setting, and professional development.

Job Requirements:
Academic | Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; MBA is highly desirable |
Languages | Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) |
Experience | 5-7 years in sales management in a high-tech or service related industry |
Experience in strategic planning and execution. Must have a strong knowledge of IT products and services. Must be able to show a proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas. Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects |
