Functions:

The booking of meetings for the RVP or RSM on both a one on one and branch basis with the advisers in the region.Outbound phone calls to invite advisers to different events and road shows. Providing effective customer service and assistance when called upon. Working outside of the office at various corporate and client events.
The main role of the Regional Sales Associate is to support the Regional Vice President or Regional Sale Manager with his activities. This role is one of significant importance as it is a key part of the regional sales team and is a point of contact with the adviser and the adviser team.
The coordination and monitoring of all regional events. This includes assisting in the preparation of marketing materials; follow up on regulatory and financial requirements, monitoring the events to a close and the delivery of items such as trinkets, tickets and other promotional items. Sending thank-you notes, mailings and marketing initiatives. Answering inbound phone calls. Follow up calls. All clerical duties
In general, the RSA should maintain a strong level of contact with the RVP on a daily basis and endeavor to work as a team to meet regional goals. The RSA should also pursue developing strong relationships with the advisers and their staff in the region.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in Finance, Economy or Business
Languages Bilingual (french, englsih)
Experience Minimum 1 year experience in sales - ideally inside sales
