Manage escalation on behalf of account portfolio
Represent the voice of the customer to internal organizations
Build and enhance key account relationships through effective communication by phone, email and occasional on site visits at all levels of management that engenders trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness and mutual benefit
Attainment of sales goals at or above quota revenues
Execution of marketing plans and account development strategies to expand contractual product lines and add new customers.
Interaction with prospective customers and existing customers to identify and propose solutions to resolve transportation problems, meet transportation needs and achieve sales growth.
Identify opportunities to increase wallet share and persuade your customers to adopt recommended strategies to increase overall awareness
Resolve urgent customer specific issues by partnering with the internal departments
Partner with the sales/business development representative to ensure a smooth transition
Help accounts meet their company revenue and profitability goals through strong relationship building, exceptional account servicing, product consultation, retention plans, and cross sell programs

Job Requirements:

Academic Post-secondary education in business or marketing
Languages *Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 years sales experience
  Above average interpersonal skills
Presentation and communication skills
Strong customer relations
Problem solving and analytical skills
Team player
Effective time management, organizational abilities
