Functions:

Manage the Customer Service Department (3 people) to a level of excellence.
Manage 5 Inside Sales Representatives.
Implement a sales tracking program and new ideas in order to increase efficiency and follow-up.
Assist and support the National Sales Director.
Manage, coach, motivate and mentor both teams of the 2 departments.
Ensure that all orders are entered in a timely manner.
Encourage and oversee up-selling to existing customers (base of 5000 existing clients).
Resolve customer issues as needed.
Ensure smooth running of the Customer Service Department in accordance with company policies.
Provide daily hands on support within the customer service department.
Answering customers inquiries and complaints.
Oversee the work schedule and dispatch Technicians to customers as needed.
Oversee the performance management of the employees within the 2 departments.
Responsible for overseeing all rental orders.
Responsible for the distribution of calls.
Ensure continual improvement of the 2 department processes.
Assist others within the company as needed.
Work on special projects as needed.
Participate in, as per company policy, in 14 hours of training per year.

Job Requirements:

Academic Minimum education of a DEC.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the capacity of Customer Service supervisor and experience with inside sales.
Experience of having worked as a Customer service Representative / some experience with inside sales is an asset.

No commission, but annual bonus to be determined.
