Company Profile:

Our fast-growing client, based in Montreal is looking for a coordinator business development who will report to the CEO. This could be an entry door for someone who wishes to become a sales team leader if the person hire shows potential.

Functions:

The role is to assist the CEO and Business Development department -Manage our presence to various corporate events (booth, sponsorship marketing collateral, etc.) and on occasion, participate to some of the events in the US and Europe -Maintain the CRM database
-Book appointments -Help produce proposals
-Manage outbound emails campaigns (send and follow up on email campaigns) -Manage outbound calling campaigns (make calls and book appointments)

Job Requirements:

Academic -Minimum Bachelor degree required
Languages -Impeccable English is mandatory; French is an asset. (We are a bilingual company, we deal entirely in English with our clientele and prospective clients, but the bulk of our production and development employees are French speaking.)
Experience -Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience (B2B) -Marketing and communications experience are a definitive asset
  -Knowledge of CRM best practices -Proficiency with Apple/Mac products -Ease at quickly understanding and using technologies -The ideal candidate has to be a quick learner, resourceful and autonomous because the position reports directly to the CEO.
