Company Profile:

Our customer is a manufacturer of staircases. We are looking for a sales representative that will wear many hats, mostly internal tasks like managing construction projects from A to Z, follow up on some customers orders, dealing with contractors etc.. and there will be a bit of customers visits at construction sites.

Functions:

Process orders that come from our specialized dealers -Prepare orders and take care of billing -Correct order errors and confirm order delivery with production manager -Update Canadian and American website, introduce new products, set pricing, analyze site performance and set up and follow ADWORDS campaign
Confirm the order with shipping -Respond to phone calls concerning modifications, technical delays and corrections etc -Respond to both American and Canadian requests for bids -Prepare final quotes, follow up and finalize sale
Meet with merchants once or twice a year to present our new products, price list, displays and occasionally meet with American merchants -Recruit new clients -Be in constant contact with clients via email and telephone to clarify their demands, suggest materials for their construction or renovation projects, respond to their questions
OCCASIONALLY ; -Respond to clients coming to the retail counter -Analyze Their needs , advise , prepare shop orders and invoicing -Prepare billing and proceed to shipping

Job Requirements:

Academic College diploma or bachelor
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 1 to 2 years sales experience
  You must be very organized -Business acumen, autonomous and punctual -You have to be flexible with your time and work schedule including some Saturdays (peak season) to answer customers' requests -Must have an interest for construction projects and renos
