Functions:

Supervise, coach and motive a major account and customer service team (17 in total)
Build a strategic sales plan for your team in accordance with the management team. Active player in building and improving current and future major accounts. Build a partnership attitude with existing customers and prospect for new ones. Supervise RFQ, FRI and RFP and compare them with your competitors.
Analyze sales results and identify potential pocket of opportunitues for your company. Implement and monitor compliance of your agreements. Create and prepare buisiness plan and review for your customers.
Maintain an excellent relationship with your Toronto head office. Active member of the Quebec management commity.

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in administration or other related degree.
Languages Bilingual, both French and English (oral and written)
Experience Minimum of 5-7 years in managing a B2B sales team and 2 years out of the 7 that you have need to be with a major account team.
  Time management and set priorities. Leadership, automony, persistant, analytical, great interpersonnal skills, team builder, adaptable, can work under pressure and customer orentied attitude.
