Company Profile:

Our customer manufactures building materials such as ceramic, stone and other consumer products destined to add design to a home. This new position is one where the account manager will develop some of the largest "big box" stores in Canada. This requires the account manager to have extensive experience in Head Office selling, strategic selling and the ability to bypass some of the best gatekeepers.

Functions:

Develop new customer/retailers relationships
Act as a consultant to your accounts to suggest styles and products
Leverage the company products and adapt/develop new ones with our product team
Work closely with management
Work closely with our sourcing teams in Asia for manufacturing
Provide excellent customer service to our clients and prospects
Increase lines of products at accounts where we do not have the lion share of business

Job Requirements:

Academic College degeree required
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 7-8 years sales experience(selling to head offices of large retailers)
  You must a strong entrepreneurial background
Be a self starter
Have had experience selling to big box stores
Strong negotiation skills at a high level
