We are looking for a high performance sales manager who has a proven track record especially managing a value-added service. You have strong business development and analytical skills that you a comfortable and adept at teaching your team.

Functions:

Recruit, motivate and develop high-performing sales professionals -Attend customer calls with sales professionals
Manage a hands on relationship with the top 25 accounts -Manage the target account process and assist your reps with closing
Instill a sense of urgency in reps while creating a team environment -Ensure accountability
Recognize success in your sales professionals -Build business plans that will meet territory, regional and division objectives

Job Requirements:

Academic A minimum Bachelor's degree mandatory
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 years sales management experience
  You are well versed in evaluating financial statements then bringing a solution based on that evaluation -You have demonstrated success in the past -People want to follow you -You have a strong business acumen
