Our client is a leading manufacturer of colour additives and concentrates for plastic compounding. They are currently looking for a Sales Representative to develop new and existing business in North America with a focus on Montreal and the province of Quebec Salary package which will include a base plus commission, as well as a computer, cell phone and car expenses, will depend on level of education and experience

Functions:

Maintaining and increasing sales volume of assigned accounts in Montreal area and throughout the province of Quebec.
Seeking and developing new customers, formulating and following plans for such action with the management team.
Follow-up customer inquiries/leads.
Handling and troubleshooting customer complaints promptly and professionally in accordance with company policy.
Technical support at the clients facility.
Representing the company in various trade shows.
Forecasting, territory potentials, workload analysis, and call programs

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business and/or equivalent work experience.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Strong sales skills with 2-5 years of experience in the plastics industry
  Proven track record initiating sales within the plastics industry.
Self-starter, independent, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Driven, motivated and hungry for sales and career growth.
