Functions:

?Manage a sales team of approximately 12 individuals ?Evaluate and, if needed, take corrective measures with the non performer ?Set guidelines and directions for the sales team ?Introduce an aggressive culture of competition and achievement among Account Managers. ?Develop product knowledge within the team.
?Build, implement and monitor sales metrics (ex: face to face calls per week, new business calls) ?Increase the number of face to face to calls ?Set aggressive sales forecast ?Provide input on the back-office support and sales tools necessary to optimize performance of the inside sales and field sales.
?Implement strategic selling in order to grow revenue from existing customers. ?Build and implement vertical market (ex: automotive, finance, medical, industrial) revenue stream . ?Build corporate intelligence through Goldmine.
?Identify and evaluate new areas of opportunity for the organization. ?Develop industry and product focus to eliminate accounts and products that are not contributors to the bottom line. ?Recruit a significant numbers of new accounts with the potential for genuine growth.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have a bachelor degree in Business administration or other relavent field.
Languages Bilingualism written and spoken (French & English)
Experience Minimum of 10 years of sales experience combine with three years in sales management Industrial expertise would be an asset
  Work with limited guidelines from corporate office, self-efficient Dynamic and high energy Goal oriented Flexible Good technical aptitude
