Our client is a well established dealer of recreational vehicules and is in need of a professional Sales Manager. This sales manager will; in conjunction with the other Sales Manager, manage coach and train their sales people. We are looking for someone who uses the "carrot" rather than the "stick" approach to motivate. We are looking for an organized Sales Manager who knows his/her team statistics in closing ratio, activity etc. We are also looking for someone who is a team player because both Sales Managers will work together for the good of the whole.

Functions:

Profit management: Attain and surpass pre-established sales and profit margins in an effort to maintain sustainable growth while coordinating with all other departments
Establish pricing and help with closing of sales
Supervise the preparation of trade shows
Manage company inventory to ensure that ROI is maximised
Establish, manage and modify the inventory plan monthly to ensure that older inventory is moving
Establish and assist with exchanged units value with clients on sales and non-conforming units
Determine the best way to show units in the showroom
Develop and maintain sales personnel, adminin staff in an effort to keep everyone at a high performing standard
Coach your sales people in all aspects of the sales with particular attention to closing
Ensure that stellar customer service is done by touching base with your reps daily on such things as returned phone calls and prospect qualification
Prepare a strategic sales budget in collaboration with the other departments which includes individual objectives for each sales representative
Participate in the marketing of our products, their positioninng and advertising activities

Job Requirements:

Academic *College degree of equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken), clients are mostly Francaphone but English required for training and trade shows
Experience A minimum of 5 years as a Sales Manager
  Dynamic and positive person needed
Well organized sales manager who knows his/her "numbers"
3 to 5 years in a sales coaching role
High ethical standards
Knows how to motivate a sales rep
