Functions:

Manage, motivate, direct, coach the sales team. Follow-up of the results Elaborate the business plan Maintain clientele Hiring salespeople
Give sales training to franchisees Develop insurance relationship Develop sales strategy and business relationships with the VP (strategies).
Implicate himself/herself and be proactive in industry events. Negotiate Coaching of the sales team Participate in senior management meetings
Occaisonally give group presentations to franchisees and insurers on services et products.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have at least a certificate (university).
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience A minimum of ten (10) years experience in sales on the road and/or sales management. Experience in selling recurrent services is an asset.
  Motivated self starter capable of working within a team. Someone who is looking for a career, has not changed jobs often and is looking for a young and dynamic environment.
