Our client is a growing manufacturer of building control systems that provide energy effeciency solutions. Their solutions include heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting solutions.? This is a new position for this company. In addition to selling, the candidate will be responsible for managing the inside sales team (4 people).

Functions:

Development of one key channel, namely System Integrator Account customers and OEM customers
Ensure follow up with new and existing customers to maintain a high level of satisfaction with the company's products and services
Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction
Peripheral sales in North America
Promote product to consultants and end users
Supervision of inside sales department

Job Requirements:

Academic *Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in this kind of sales
  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
