Functions:

?Manage existing account relationships while continuously identify opportunities to expand share-of-wallet. ?Prioritize and manage all customer opportunities through a rigorous pipeline management strategy. ?Drive new business revenue growth within prospect accounts. ?Grow wallet-share within existing accounts. ?Call high, wide and deep into all accounts in order to maximize relationships and opportunities for sales growth.
?Create and deliver Capabilities presentations highlighting our client's industry-leading value proposition. ?Conduct full due diligence of customer needs and objectives, and lead a cross-functional internal team to build a customized solution. ?Create and deliver Solutions presentations demonstrating strong ROI on our client solutions. ?Lead contract negotiations with customer, while leveraging internal resources to assist in this process.
?Continuously follow-up on all sales opportunities in order to close business opportunities. ?Become an expert in online recruitment best practices. ?Anticipate and effectively handle customer objections at all stages of the sales cycle.

Job Requirements:

Academic Business-related degree is preferred
Languages English written & spoken
Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in consultative solution selling to major accounts
