They offer a suite of rental, rental to own and purchase options for their equipment. They offer an excellent compensation plan for the right candidate who is willing to put in the time and effort to achieve their aggressive goals. They have 3 offices across Quebec and Ontario and distributors across the rest of Canada. They are in the process of recruiting a Director of Recruitment - Talent Acquisition Representative to handle their growth and expansion. This role is part of the management team and will assist the company in establishing a strategy vis a vis their human resources.


The Director of recruitment is a valuable member of the management team and will assist in creating strategies to recruit and keep talent.
Put together a strategic plan for human resources' needs.
Coordinate a progam to evaluate the performance and retention of employees.
Engage in targetted head hunting of talent to join our company.
Will act as a sounding board to management with respect to hiring policies and direction.
Perform industry analysis ie. pay levels, competitive advantages of our client and their competitors.
Hunt identified candidates.
Create job postings and post where necessary.

Job Requirements:

Academic Studies in Industrial relations and/or administration and/or sales and rental of equipment.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience Minimum 5 years in recruitment and must have a developped contacts with the industrial sales area with general contractors and heavy equipment.
Experience in an expansion context is an asset.


Full benefits package : Medical, STD, LTD insurance, RRSP.
Bonus: 10% of the base salary.
