Company Profile:

Our client is a well known distributor of well known video games. They are looking for a dynamic self-starter who will be able to call on their retail customers proactively to upsell, cross sell and give great customer service. If you know Excel well and you are well organized and know something about video games, this could be the role for you.

Functions:

Make outbound calls to retail stores
Weekly communication of new release pre-booking
Communication of new releases, sales promotions, industry insights
Manage replenishment orders by reviewing purchasing history and current inventory
Ensure receivables are up to date with Accounting department
Research and identify potential new customers;
Generate new business by making new contacts and establishing new relationships through cold calls, networking and referrals
Spend about 15% of your time doing administration work

Job Requirements:

Academic DEC required
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 1 to 2 years sales and customer service required
  Can do attitude
Proven experience managing suppliers/vendors and developing ongoing relationships.
Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
A proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task, prioritize activities, give appropriate attention to details and meet deadlines.
Ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
Represent the Company with a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times even while under pressure.
