Job Description:

Profile: Our client sells Microsoft managed and professional services to enterprise customers and is looking to hire an account executive. Your role will be to find, qualify and close opportunities. You are an expert in building solutions, articulating ROI while respecting margins set forth. You are strong in probing business challenges and translating that into a solution.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings and occasionally Toronto

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Managed and professional services

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 (depends on experience)

Commissions/Bonus: $80,000 to $120,000 (paid monthly and depending on margins)

Car allowance: km reimbursement

Expenses reimbursement: All business reimbursed

Functions:

Develop and grow your own client base within the Montreal Corporate sector.


Successfully find and support new clients through deep solution sales, guiding and nurturing the prospect accounts accordingly.

Contact and visit prospective customers to determine their needs and create customized  presentations to portray the company’s services and solutions

Work with Presales/Solution Architects where needed to secure a technical close to your solution and offering.

Undertake successful pipeline development and management.

Manage customer expectations so as to ensure maximum satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 90% vs 10%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English

Education:  A Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with proven sales experience or a Degree in Business, Marketing or related areas.

Training: On the job provided for someone with industry experience

Overnight Travel: Less than 10% overnight travel required

Years’ of experience:  5+ years’ experience in selling enterprise-wide technology solutions

Other requirements:

Proven successful experience in new business development.

Experience in negotiating terms of client proposals and in successfully managing the end to end selling process.

Ability to make and articulate complex technical solution sales / propositions (This is NOT a Product Sales role)

Transferable Knowledge:  Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, System Center, Lync, Office 365), Mobility and Managed Services
