Our client provides leasing services to companies. They act on behalf of their clients by finding space and negotiating terms with commercial landlords. They are in need of a junior account executive who is a strong relationship builder(both with the tenants and landlords), has an eye for detail and fashion and is strong in strategic planning. The account executive will be responsible for shadowing a senior account executive during a 12 month period to "learn the ropes". You will find a fun and stimulating work environment.

Functions:

Scout space for your client base
Negotiate terms on behalf of your client with property managers
Assist client with lease renegotiation and termination
Negotiate multi-location leases
Make relocation suggestions based on your knowledge of client and market
Dealing with property management leases, lease amendments,lease terminations and renewals
Evaluating potential sites
Keep abreast of trends in real estate and make suggestions accordingly
Maintain strong relationships with owners/clients
Maintain strong relationships with property managers

Job Requirements:

Academic *Minimum College degree or equivalent needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 3 years sales experience
  Dynamic outgoing personality
Attention to detail
Possesses a strong sense of team
Great follow up skills
Comfortable dealing with owners and executives
