Our client is involved in the provision of audit, tax and transaction advisory services. Their professional services are used by all of the Fortune 1000 accounts. The Client Support Specialist acts as a single point of contact for all administrative matters to maximize the billable time of our client serving professionals. This individual interacts with all other support departments within the firm to ensure appropriate support is provided to complete client deliverables in an efficient, effective and timely manner.

Functions:

Document Preparation & Coordination: Coordinates formatting and editing of letters, memos, reports and presentations from draft stage to client-ready work.
Reviews documentation for content, consistency, branding compliance and appearance, and brings any inaccuracies to the attention of the partner.
Ensures all materials are "client ready" (i.e., professional in appearance, consistent in terms of attributes, spellchecked and grammar-checked).
Coordinates cost-effective and sometimes complex domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries for individuals and groups.
Ensures issues are escalated appropriately in order to meet deadlines and commitments and brokers solutions.
Maintains a system to ensure proper lead-time and follow up time for projects.
Receives, prioritizes, and/or delegates a variety of project related inquiries directed to the client serving executive.
Executes and monitors tasks on various projects.
On behalf of the client serving executive, manages stakeholder expectations, updates project plans, anticipates needs, and ensures timely and appropriate project communications.
Follows up on identified matters and liaises with client serving team members for completion of action items.
Regularly meets with partners to obtain a strong understanding of their needs.
Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients to understand the business and client needs, enhancing the level of support provided to the engagement team and external client.
While liaising with the Business Development Group, on a monthly basis, proactively reviews the websites of key clients for new press releases, new opportunities, significant projects, changes in contact information.
Is familiar with, and recommends that specific firm thought leadership pieces be sent to clients and makes appropriate arrangements, as approved by partner.

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor finished no later than 3 years ago
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 1 to 2 years of experience
  Anticipates client requirements and needs
Energetic, self-motivated, quick-learner
Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
Ability to prioritize make routine decisions independently
