From high end corrugated manufacturing to industrial packaging they are equipped to sustain an aggressive growth plan within the Quebec market. They are looking to fill the spot for a Sales Manager who will be charged with managing a sales team. We are looking for a builder of people and teams. You will be involved in the success of your team because you are present in the field coaching and guiding.This is a new position.

Functions:

Meet and exceed sales targets
Manage a team of sales hunters
Establish standards for success
Ensure compliance with standards of success
Work with company President to set sales goals
Establish, with your reps, a territory plan for success
Recruit and train sales people
Coach sales people by being on the road with them regularly
Provide regular feedback to management team on progress
Meet with your sales people regularly to provide feedback

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience At least 5 years sales management experience in a b2b environment in business development
  Possesses a record of success
Strong communication skills
Strong activity management skills
Strong strategic sales abilities
