Company Profile:

Our client is a growing mutual funds wholesaler looking for new talent. This Canadian owned company is doing very well and looking to add to their Montreal office. The Inside Sales Representatives is responsible for calling on both existing clients and new prospects from primarily financial planners and brokers.

Functions:

Solicit new business and re-establish contact with clients in the territory via telephone.
Provide ongoing support to the VP, Sales in a wide range of duties, including administration.
Respond in a timely manner to client inquiries and/or complaints.
Become fully versed in all the products offered by the company.
Maintain regular contact with top supporters.
Occasional attendance at road shows, branch presentations, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and organized events for supporters during evening/weekend hours as required.

Job Requirements:

Academic * Minimum of a College degree. * Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and/or the Canadian Investment Funds course (IFIC) would be considered a major asset (the company is willing to invest in the course for the right candidate).
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in corporative sales position (B2B).
Experience in the financial services industry would be considered as a major asset.
A background in client services is considered an asset.
  Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
