Our client sells reward programs so that companies can use these rewards for their customers and their employees. This consumer loyalty product is present across Canada and they are expanding into Quebec and as such are in need of 2 sales people to sell this unique program. This dynamic company is looking for someone equally dynamic who can be self-managed and self-motivated. This is a work hard/play hard kind of a place.

Functions:

Cold-calling new prospects and closing sales
Making presentations to decsision makers
Segmenting your market in an effort to build strong verticals
Providing monthly forecasts
Weekly 1 on 1's
Meet with a minimum of 6 new prospects weekly
Have strong selling skills selling an intangible
Have the ability to show value to the customers of your marketing and sales management contacts

Job Requirements:

Academic *At least a college degree in applicable field (administration, marketing, sales,...) but a University degree is always appreciated.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience minimum 3 years in a b2b selling environment where you met and exceeded targets set forth
