Functions:

To help make client a Market Leader within the Niche Quebec and Ottawa Construction Industry
Prospect, negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers
Develop a strong working relationship with current Quebec account manager to achieve common goal of achieving or surpassing sales targets
Ensure repeat business
Develop new business in territory, maintain and grow existing business
Helps ensure strong pipeline of new potential business.
Cold call prospective potentials in order to qualify them
Have an accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account
Make sales calls on customers and prospects at a frequency that will place us in the preferred position
Participates in training and cross training initiatives
Maintain all customer files accurately
Participate in the sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary education- Diploma or Degree
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 3 years sales experience
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding team player
Strong closing skills
Can work independently
Goal driven and self-motivated
Outstanding work ethic
