Company Profile:

Our client is a provider of petroleum to transport companies and is looking for a hybrid sales person; someone who will spend 60% of their time inside making outbound calls and 40% of their time on the road looking for new prospects and making appointments for the field reps.

Functions:

Meet and exceed monthly and annual quota for Volume and Gross Margin -Proactively generate leads through telephone cold calling and provide prompt telephone/email follow up to leads from all sources and properly document and track results
Utilizing variety of industry specific data bases, search for potential prospects that meet ideal prospect profile, qualify and set appointments for A/B prospects for outside sales reps -Maintain pipeline of 3x quota
Build and maintain knowledge base to become an expert on our company's capabilities and services -Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory
Be a resident expert and support CRM and support related sales rep's related activities and training

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce is an asset
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 2 years experience required
  Strategic sales capabilities which support selling to the C-Level of small businesses, balanced with tactical skills for a fast-paced, high volume lead follow-up environment -Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up without being overly aggressive -A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
