Our client a national insurance company is in need of a insurance manager to take care of the Montreal office. You will be responsible for being the local 'insurance expert' helping the consultants to grow their insurance business.


Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Consultants and Region Office Management
Promoting, building and maintaining working relationships with our Insurance Partners.
Training Consultants & Region Office Management on Insurance.
Joint field work with Consultants.
Promoting & Marketing of Insurance in the Regions.
Conduct group presentations.
Work with Head Office on Insurance initiatives to the field.

Job Requirements:

Academic *Minimum College Degree *Completion/enrolment in an accredited financial planning program leading to the CFP designation
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 4 years’ professional experience in the sale or marketing of insurance products, including selling to clients.
Extensive insurance and financial planning expertise, as well as specific knowledge of the products currently available in the marketplace.
  Team spirit and entrepreneurship that will enable you to build solid relationships with your peers and with the Consultants and Regional Management to be serviced.
A well-grounded reputation in the fields of insurance and financial planning based on an ability to respond to inquiries and requests for support from Consultants and clients in a timely and comprehensive fashion.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
