Company Profile:

Our client specializes in the recycling of industrial products. They are currently searching for a sales representative with strong negotiating skills who's role will be to sell to new customers and service the company's growing customer base.

Functions:

Visit and develop strong relationships with our existing customers;
Know and anticipate their needs, expectations, problems and solutions;
Analyze the market and competition
In collaboration with the director customer service and production, analysis of the classification of suppliers of our raw materials
Target, Contact and visit all potential customers likely to purchase products or services we provide - Quebec area, Ontario;
Manage strategically your territory by excellent territory planning;
Negotiate the terms of transactions
Follow up with suppliers to maintain a constant flow of recovery while minimizing transportation costs
Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery of the goods carried;
Provide support and guidance to the sales representative in Ontario
Perform administrative tasks using tools such as the entry of bids, requests for quotations, updated customer contacts, etc..
Ensure good communication with colleagues or clients, customer service, purchasing, production

Job Requirements:

Academic High School leaving needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 7 years of on the road indutrial sales and sales planning development
  Customer service oriented
Enthusiastic
Problem solver and likes working in a fast-paced environment
Sense of organization, autonomous and capable to problem solve
