Company Profile:

Our client is a distributor of industrial equipment and services, and is looking for a sales representative to maintain the existing customer base, develop new business and manage the channel distribution in the assigned territory.

Functions:

-Prospects potential customers and development of leads through referral channels -Maintain and grow existing customer base -Maintain great relationships with the resellers, distribution network and OEM's in the assigned territory and find new ones
-Prepares presentations, proposals, sales contracts and demonstrate products to customers. - Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge. - Achieves mutually agreed upon sales and gross profit goals on a monthly basis.
- Attends and participates in regularly scheduled product training meetings. - Increases sales and margins to existing and new customers.
-Communicate to the Inside Sales person all information relevant to a specific customer.

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary studies in a technical field or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3-5 years as an industrial sales representative
  -Must love technical -Not afraid to get your hands dirty -Very sociable -Develop and deliver presentations. - Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. - Ability to clearly and effectively set goals
