Grow market share of Integrated Systems product lines CCTV, Access Control and others.
Prospecting and closing new accounts.
Managing some existing accounts.
Selling high margin contracts by communicating our added value.
Ensure contracts are priced correctly.
Create customized integrated security system solutions to meet customer needs and/or construction specifications.
Create customized proposals and perform professional presentations.
Promote and sell various system offerings for commercial building projects.
Determine existing and new customer needs and develop a sales strategy to meet those needs.
Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers.
Develop a personal business plan to meet assigned sales objectives and activity goals in assigned territory.

Job Requirements:

Academic Must have a college degree in a technical field ideally (mechanical, electrical engineering,...) or relevant work experience.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar sales position for integrated systems and/or IP products and services will be a major asset. Seasoned pro.
Proven sales track record.
  Be able to work in a corporate environment.

High level of motivation.

Detail oriented.
Customer service oriented.
Must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
