Company Profile:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of auto parts & accessories distributing their products from coast to coast. They have been steadily increasing their business year over year and are looking for a Franchise Sales Manager to support 30 franchise locations across Eastern Quebec. The candidate we are looking for knows the auto parts and accessories industry and ideally has experience managing multiple vendors or franchisees. This is a home based office, but we are looking for someone based in the Quebec city region

Functions:

Increase franchise profitability: - Manage profitability assets (work force, rent, gross profit, product mix, etc.) - Develop budgets for franchisees
Establish a development plan: - Transfer existing franchises and sell new ones - Diversify products and services sold - Plan meetings with brokers - Participate in tradeshows as requested by franchisees and H/O - Train staff on promotional initiatives for seasonal products
Ensure business model compliance from all franchisees with regards to: - Image - Décor - Product
Administrative tasks: - Helps franchises with their HR - Manage customer complaints - Renew franchise conventions - Provide different reports as required

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 years in transferable B2B sales
  Customer service oriented - Strong organizational and planning skills - Good negotiator - Creativity and innovation - Analytical process - Follow up skills
