Company Profile:

Company founded over 60 years ago, specialized in recycled automotive parts and cars. Their process involves dismantling of crashed cars to the delivery of the recycled parts.

Functions:

The role of the regional Business Development Manager will be to increase the revenu, volume and profits of the company all the while establishing solid business relationships with the directors of garages and banners.
The Manager will have to work closely with the operation and delivery department as well as direct, motivate and evaluate the personnel and activities of the sales department.
The Manager will be actively involved in the strategic planning, i.e. to create and execute communication strategies, information programs and publicities in order to publicize the activities and products of the company.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must have at least a College degree.
Languages The candidate must be fluent in both English and French (The position will mostly require the use of the English Language)
Experience The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years in either sales, marketing or personnel management. A minimum of 3-5 years in personnel and budget management is also required.
  The candidate must show excellent organizational skills as well as show excellent leadership and communication skills. Further more, the candidate must also be independant in nature and be comfortable in business develoment.
