Our client is in the financial services industry and is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of 25 outbound sales people. Your role will be the coach, cheerleader, motivator and manager. You will be tasked with improving productivity and sales. We are looking for a high energy, ethical leader who knows how to strike the balance between work and play.

Functions:

Hire, guide and coach your team members -Set and manage metrics and KPIs and measure daily and weekly, your team members progress
Motivate sales people in a highly quota-driven environment -Monitor calls in an effort to give feedback
Implement sales strategies to achieve measurable growth -Participate in recruiting activities when need be
Evaluate your players in a regular basis and give regular feedback -Consistently and fairly manages the disciplinary action process within the call center

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent work experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2-5 years experience in a similar position
  You are a true self-started and will not be flustered with minimal training -You are accountable "the buck stops here" -You don't count your hours but do what needs to be done -People want to work with and for you -You are strong on identifying people's motivating factors -Must be able to pass both criminal and credit check
