Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a well-established provider of cloud-based services to small and medium businesses as well as enterprise customers. They are looking for a Sales Manager to play a dual role. You will be a player/coach where you will sell as well as coach your team to excellence. We are looking for someone who will create and maintain a sales culture. You will set targets for activities and sales. You will manage the funnel and keep everyone accountable and you will do all of that while creating a fun work environment. We "work hard and play hard". You will be part of the management team.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services: Cloud-based services

Salary: Base $75,000

Commissions/Bonus: Monthly and quarterly commissions totaling $74,000. Overachievement bonus available as well.  

Car allowance: km reimbursement

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Training: On the job training provided but must have IT or technical aptitude or experience

Overnight Travel: No overnight travel needed

Years’ of experience: 5 years' sales management experience needed with a track record of success
