Our client is a rapidly expanding national rental company. They specialize in both heavy and light equipment and occasionally sell used euipment. They target, construction companies, industrial, government and municipal accounts. Their added value is the service they provide to their customers.

Functions:

Responsible for the prospecting of new rental businesses.
Increase rental revenues from existing customers.
Follow-up with customers and resolve problems related to equipment rentals.
Cold call on prospects.
Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with available equipment and their characteristics.
Effectively manage and develop relationship with various lead sources.
Provide weekly feedback in sales funnel.
Particpate in monthly sales meetings with staff members.

Job Requirements:

Academic Minimum high school leaving but college degree would be an asset.
Languages * Fluent French, written and spoken, required. * Functional English required.
Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in b2b sales, ideally in rental equipment industry.
  Must be a high energy individual.
A positive attitude is a strong asset.
Strong drive for results and customer focus.
Perseverance and team work skills.
Able to perform with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license needed.
