Our client offers corporate travel services to SME's and is quickly expanding over the province of Quebec. They are looking for an account manager to handle the day-to-day travel needs of corporate business accounts won by external business development managers and ensure the service agreement between the client and the compagny is delivered in a way to ensure client satisfaction and client retention. Functions:

Travel Management: Ensure client's retention with the compagny by exceeding client expectations in every interaction with the account manager in relation to: - Understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences - Responding quickly and proactively to client requests - Anticipating client travel requirements - Resolving client complaints - The accuracy and timely presentation of clients travel documentation
Teamwork and Communication: - To be an active contributing member at meetings with Team Leaders and Business Development Managers to keep them abreast of client accounts and any important information - Share information with fellow Travel Managers and Team Leaders to ensure a united, consistent and professional approach to client account management
Office Systems and Processes: - To contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and processes associated with accounts - To ensure that all client account information is up to date so that a thorough knowledge and understanding of the account can be made by simply reading the client file
Responsible for 24h service for emergency calls for one week at a time on a rotation basis with other team members.

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary studies or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 1 year experience booking travel for either a corporate or agency setting
  Must be available with regards to emergency services 24h/day 7 days at a time on a 5 week rotation basis
